Abstract
This invention relates to the preparation of heterocyclic compounds. Compounds being obtained according to the process represent compounds of the general formula: , (I) and also pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof or N-oxides. In the mentioned formula R1 and R11, independently, hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxygroup, halogen, trifluoromethyl or R1 and R11 form together methylenedioxygroup, X represents -O-or -NR2-, where R2 represents C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkenyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl C1-C4alkyl, benzyl, phenyl, optionally substituted by atom of halogen, group of the formula -(CH2)r-Y'-R8 (where r represents an integer number in the interval between 1 and 4, Y represents O and R8 represents C1-C4alkyl) or group of the formula -Z-, which is linked to the position 8 of aromatic ring with formation of heterocyclic ring of 5-7 ring elements, in which ring elements, denoted with index Z, represent two or more methylene groups, optionally substituted by one or more C1-C4alkyls, Y represents NR3, where R3 represents atom of hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl.
