Abstract
Способ диагностики осложнений псевдокисты поджелудочной железы включает выполнение ультразвукового исследования, доплерографии и пункции кисты. Ультразвуковое исследование выполняют эндоскопически, устанавливая датчик в непосредственной близости к очагу поражения. При наличии движения крови в полости кисты при эндоскопическом доплерографическом исследовании и содержании крови при пункции устанавливают диагноз кровотечения в полость псевдокисты. При наличии гипоэхогенной взвеси при эндоскопическом ультразвуковом исследовании и наличии гноя при пункции устанавливают диагноз нагноения псевдокисты.
