Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the psychiatry, and it may be used for the holiatry of paranoid schizophrenia with a suicidal behavior. A holiatry of paranoid schizophrenia with a suicidal behavior consists in that additionally on a background of peroral administration of haloperidol high doses in 4 hours after its morning peroral intake the haloperidol is intramuscularry administered at a dose of 10 mg and in 20-40 minutes the treatment is carried out by the method of electric sleep with a haloperidol according to oculoauricular mode with the permanent increase of current strength from 15 to 20 мА, impulse frequencies from 5 to 120 Hertzs, their durations from 0.2 to 0.5 мс, durations of procedure from 20 to 90 minutes at the treatment course of 15 daily procedures.
