The invention relates to novel vinyl oligoether – unsaturated polyether, which can be used in varnish-and-paint industry as film-forming substance for covering. Divinyl(bis-o-phthalyl)triethyleneglycol is prepared by interacting of triethyleneglycol and monovinyl-o-phthalate in the medium of organic solvent in the presence of sulphuric acid as catalyst at temperature of 363±5°K.
