The substances for the regeneration comprise Marepolymyel as the microelement composite, 1% Decametoxin solution, 0.1% Dexamethason solution, 5% solution of vitamin C, and vitamin E. The invention relates to the ophthalmology and may be used for treating the inflammatory dystrophic diseases of cornea such as the primary and the secondary corneal dystrophy, bullous keratopathy, epitheliopathy.
