Abstract
Винахід відноситься до фармакології, зокрема до лікарських форм інтерферону, які можуть застосовуватися в офтальмології. Задачею винаходу є забезпечення біологічної активності інтерферону у композиції та очних крапель на її основі протягом тривалого часу. Термін зберігання збільшується до 3-х років. Запропонована композиція для очних крапель містить у 1 мл водного розчину, вільного від етиленгліколю, інтерферон 1х105-6х106 МО, декстран 0,04-0,055 г і фосфатний буфер до рН 4,0-8,0 і при цьому композиція перебуває у формі ліофілізату. Очні краплі за винаходом виконані у формі ліофілізату при об'ємному співвідношенні ліофілізату і розчинника 1:1.
