Abstract

Спосіб отримання стальних смуг або листів, сталі для глибокого витягу, для виготовлення, наприклад, стальних корпусів консервних банок шляхом глибокого витягу або витягу з стоншенням, в якому виконуються наступні етапи: формування низьковуглецевої сталі в сляб; плющення сляба в аустенітній області з метою зменшення його товщини до перехідної товщини; охолодження прокатаного сляба, що має перехідну товщину, до феритної області;плющення прокатаного сляба в феритній області до кінцевої товщини. Згадана перехідна товщина має значення біля 1,8 мм, а загальне зниження товщини в феритній області від перехідної товщини до кінцевої складає менше за 90 % і більше 75%.
