Abstract

Спосіб термомеханічної обробки високоміцних бета-титанових сплавів включає попереднє швидке нагрівання сплаву перед першою деформацією до температур в інтервалі від температури закінчення поліморфного перетворення (Тпп) до Тпп+80°С. Кожне нагрівання після деформації виконується до температури закінчення рекристалізації в сплаві. Усі операції нагрівання проводяться зі швидкістю 5-100 °С с-1. Після кожного нагрівання сплав гартується зі швидкістю охолодження не менш ніж 100 °С с-1. Заключне старіння виконується при температурах нижче стандартної для кожного сплаву, що піддається обробці, на 30-70°С.
