Abstract

Изобретение относится к микросхемной карте, состоящей из пластиковой карты, в которой расположена полупроводниковая микросхема. Микросхемная карта образована пластиковой картой , в которой расположена окруженная пластмассовым корпусом полупроводниковая микросхема. Полупроводниковая микросхема электрически соединена с контактными лепестками , которые соединены с пластиковой картой. Контактные лепестки соединены с пластиковой картой посредством клеящего вещества , содержащего три слоя. Средний слой клеящего вещества образован из гибкого материала. Контактные лепестки вблизи пластмассового корпуса и вне него содержат гибкую область.
