Abstract

Фасонний абразивний інструмент має корпус, зафіксовану на ньому фасонну еластичну основу і абразив, що закріплено на зовнішній її поверхні. Для самофіксації еластичної основи на поверхні корпуса інструмента в процесі його обертання, корпус складається із втулки і планшайби, у втулці виконано принаймні один паз, а в планшайбі - принаймні два отвори. В одному варіанті інструмента паз втулки виконано так, що він звужується в напрямку планшайби, а у другому варіанті - кожний отвір планшайби виконаний видовженим і таким, що звужується.
