Abstract

A heat exchanger has a case with bundle of heat exchange tubes fixed in tube sheets, cross partitions that alternate and form cross flows in tube space, and branch tubes for bringing in and out tube medium, collector chamber with long partition that separates inlet and outlet cavities, connected to one of the ends of the case adjoining tube sheet and equipped with branch tubes for taking tube medium in and out. Upstream of outlet branch tube continuous cross partition is installed in the case and downstream of those additional cross partitions are installed, those form cross flows in the tube space. Continuous partition is equipped with bypass channels that have output in the last partition before tube sheet. Cross partitions are arranged in such way that one of those has space in it for motion of tube medium ad the other one is arranged in such way that tube medium moves at sides of heat exchange apparatus. Partitions installed downstream of continuous cross partition have openings for placement of bypass channels.
