Abstract

Винахід відноситься до чорної металургії, а саме – до способу отримання гарячого відновного газу для відновлення кускової руди металу і установки для його здійснення. У способі виробництва відновного газу, що вміщує СО і Н2, відновний газ використовується для відновлення кускової руди металу, зокрема залізняку, відновний газ утворюється в газифікаційній зоні (8) шляхом газифікації вуглецевмісних матеріалів, зокрема вугілля, при подачі кисню, який потім охолоджують до температури відновного газу, сприятливої для процесу відновлення. Винахід забезпечує виробництво динамічно більш стабільного відновного газу, за рахунок введення Н2О і/або СО2 - щоб запобігти реакції Будуара і гетерогенній водо-газовій реакції, які є екзотермічними, а отже, і нагріву відновного газу. Відновний газ перетворюють у відновний газ, термодинамічно більш стабільний при оптимальній (наприклад для відновлення кускової залізної руди) відновній температурі, а одержаний відновний газ, за своїм складом, хімічно не активний до металевих трубопроводів та інших конструкцій по яких він проходить.
