Abstract

Винахід належить до галузі обробки металів тиском, зокрема обробки поверхневим пластичним деформуванням і може бути використаний в металообробній промисловості. Спосіб зміцнювально-чистової обробки деталей, включає безабразивну ультразвукову обробку поверхневого шару деталі. Оброблювану поверхню насичують геомодифікатором тертя на основі серпентину шляхом попереднього втирання останнього в поверхневий шар та подальшої ультразвукової обробки. Підвищується ступінь зміцнення поверхневого шару і поліпшення чистоти поверхні.
