Abstract
Спосіб виявлення РНК ентеровірусів свиней А методом зворотнотранскриптазної полімеразної ланцюгової реакції включає виділення РНК з досліджуваних проб, ампліфікування специфічної ділянки кДНК інфекційного агента за допомогою зворотнотранскриптазної полімеразної ланцюгової реакції з використанням двох штучно синтезованих оригінальних праймерів. Використані праймери мають наступні послідовності: Sense Primer: Pev8F6 - 5' - TGCCAAACTAAGAACGCCACTG, Antisense Primer: Pev8R6 - 5' - TCACCTTCTGCCATCCACAATC.
