Abstract
Способ диагностики эндогенной интоксикации включает в себя приготовление 0,6% раствора хлорида натрия, инкубацию в нем эритроцитов и их микроскопическое исследование. При микроскопическом исследовании определяют среднюю разность площади интактных эритроцитов и эритроцитов, инкубированных на протяжении 8-12 минут в растворе хлорида натрия. Если этот показатель превышает 15 мкм2, диагностируют эндогенную интоксикацию.
