Abstract
1. Способ электрохимического получения сульфатов цинка или никеля из отходов металлургического или химического производств. 2. Металлургическая или химическая промышленность, переработка цинк- или никельсодержащих отходов. 3. Выщелачивание электролизом первичного сырья: огарка цинка или гальванических шламов электролитов цинкования или никелирования, или лома отработанных железо-никелевых аккумуляторов в сульфатном электролите, подкисленном серной кислотой до ее концентрации в растворе 2-20 % по массе и рН = 0-2,0 в насыпном аноде при соотношении твердой и жидкой фаз Т : Р = 1 : (2,5-8), катодной плотности тока 200-500 Α/м2, перемешивании и начальной температуре раствора не ниже +5 °С. 4. Альтернативные решения отсутствуют. 5. Степень выделения цинка или никеля из отходов не меньше 98 % по массе (в пересчете на сульфаты), сокращения объемов технологических растворов в 5-8 раз, замкнутый цикл водоснабжения экологически чистого производства.
