Abstract
Способ получения метанола путем контакта газовой смеси, содержащей 1,0 -33,7% об. оксида углерода, 0,3-10,0 % объемных диоксида углерода при объемном отношении водорода к сумме оксидов углерода, которая равна 1,91-5,60 с катализатором, содержащем медь, при температуре 190-290оС, давлении 5,0-10,0 МПа и объемной скорости 4500-15000 час-1 в каскаде проточных реакторов в одну стадию, причем метанол и воду выделяют после каждого реактора. Способ позволяет полностью исключить затраты энергии на циркуляцию газа и упростить технологию процесса.
