Abstract
Способ производства гипсоволокнистых плит и фасонных изделий из смеси дигидрата сульфата кальция скелетных материалов и воды включает затвердение смеси с использованием воды под давлением, которое выше давления насыщенного пара. При образовании гипсовой матрицы затвердение происходит вследствие рекристаллизации дигидрата, вместо общеизвестных процессов де- и регидратации. В качестве дигидрата сульфата кальция используют порошок минерала и/или гипсовые отходы. Способ ускоряет процесс производства и уменьшает его стоимость.
