Abstract

Формувальний пристрій для виготовлення безопочних форм містить вертикальну пресову плиту з моделлю і поршневим приводом, вертикальну поворотну плиту протитиску з моделлю, що утворюють рухливі стінки камери пресування. Поворотна плита протитиску за допомогою цапф закріплена у передній траверсі, котра пов’язана з задньою траверсою, розміщеною ззаду камери пресування за допомогою тяг, що паралельні подовжній вісі камери пресування. Задня траверса має механізм її переміщення у подовжньому напрямку.
