Abstract

The stable antihemolysis coating for blood containers contains two siloxanes, polyethyl siloxane-B and polyphenylmethyl siloxane-4 at a 1:2 ratio. The coating is applied by pouring the solution to thewalls on the inside of the containers. Prior to pouring, the solution is carefully mixed in thermostable vessel and kept in the thermostat at the temperature of 230 DEGREE C for one hour until the visual homogeneity. The blood containers are kept in dry-air thermostat at the temperature of 90 DEGREE C avoiding their deformation. The coated containers are kept for 10-12 hours turned upside-down and put onto the hard filter at room temperature.
