Abstract
Способ селективной коррекции внутрикишечного гомеостаза у пациентов с гнойно-воспалительными поражениями органов панкреато-билиарной зоны заключается в введении антибактериального препарата. В качестве такого препарата используют пробиотик – живой биотерапевтический агент Энтерол 250 и дополнительно применяют пробиотик Бифилакт экстра. Препараты применяют на протяжении 10 дней, энтерально на фоне стимуляции спонтанной механической деконтаминации кишки высокими очистительными клизмами и прокинетиками.
