Способ изготовления клея-герметика включает смешивание органической основы клея с порошком-наполнителем. Сначала смешивают порошки большей зернистости с порошками меньшей зернистости, а потом полученную смесь добавляют хотя бы в один из компонентов основы клея-герметика. Как наполнитель используют смесь двух алмазных синтетических микропорошков с разной зернистостью.
