Спосіб включає пунктирування і катетеризацію вени і пропускання крові через вуглецевий сорбент з подальшою реінфузією. Після катетеризації стегнової вени кров пропускають через ДНК-вмісний вуглецевий сорбент, що включає 3 мг ДНК на 1 г матриці, збирають і повторно пропускають через той же сорбент.
