Abstract

Мультичастинкова композиція контрольованого вивільнення селективного інгібітору зворотного захоплення серотоніну (SSRI) для перорального введення, яка включає частинки, що складаються з ядра, яке містить флувоксамін або його фармацевтично прийнятну сіль, і покриття, що забезпечує контрольоване вивільнення вказаного SSRI протягом періоду часу не менше, ніж приблизно 12 годин, після перорального введення.
