Abstract

Способ ковки валов заключается в протяжке заготовки бойками со скошенной поверхностью. Протяжка выполняется с постоянной кантовкой заготовки в бойках, причем обжатие и кантовка заготовки выполняются по следующей схеме "обжатие - кантовка на 90 градусов - обжатие - кантовка на 45 градусов - обжатие - кантовка на 90 градусов", после чего осуществляется подача заготовки и ковка ее последующего участка по указанной схеме.
