Abstract

Механізм ниткоподачі з нитконакопичевачем, зокрема для текстильного устаткування, містить накопичувальний барабан, ниткопідвідний і нитковідвідний елементи, привід синхронізації обального руху між накопичувальним барабаном, ниткопідвідним і нитковідвідним елементами. Накопичувальний барабан виконаний по типу стрижневої клітки з рівномірно розташованими по колу паралельно осі барабана і закріпленими обома кінцями в тілі барабана або на з'єднаних з ним опорах ниткоукладальними елементами, виконаними у вигляді вузьких скоб. Кожна зі скоб з боку зони подачі нитки має ділянку, що радіально звужується всередину, і в зоні укладання нитки - пряму ділянку. У зоні сходження нитки барабан має радіально виступаючий круглий суцільний буртик.
