Abstract
Изобретение относится к газовым турбинам. Устройство для регулировки зазора (22) между вершинами (4а) рабочих лопаток (4) и стационарным кольцевым узлом газовой турбины (2) имеет кольцевой корпус (14), оборудованный по крайней мере двумя кольцевыми выступами (18, 20). Устройство регулировки зазора согласно изобретению содержит кольцевой регулировочный блок (26), который имеет средства подачи воздуха, образованные по крайней мере тремя кольцевыми каналами (28, 30, 32), средства подачи воздуха к каналам и средства обдува воздухом выступов (18, 20) для изменения их температуры. При этом средства обдува образованы имеющимися в каждом из каналов (28, 30, 32) подачи воздуха по крайней мере одним верхним рядом с N отверстий (34), расположенных напротив одной из боковых поверхностей (18а, 18b, 20а, 20b) выступов (18, 20), и по крайней мере одним нижним рядом с 2N отверстий (36), расположенных напротив участков соединения выступа с корпусом. Изобретение обеспечивает высокую степень однородности температуры по всей окружности стационарного кольцевого узла, что повышает КПД и срок службы газовой турбины.
