Abstract
Способ сжатия и восстановления данных видеоизображения, в котором первичным анализом данных изображения, которые содержаться в видеоизображении, определяются контуры структур изображения с помощью резких изменений яркости и/или значения трехцветности в соседних пикселях, так выявленные контуры соответственно описываются в сегментах с помощью параметризованных математических функций и определяются как объекты, для индивидуальных объектов определяется цветовое преобладание и цветовая характеристика, дополнительно к позиции и протяженности индивидуальных объектов дальнейшим анализом видеоизображения с учетом общих контуров примыкающих объектов определяется и структурн
