Abstract

A method for storing farm products consists in that prior to dispatching yield of farm products for storage, it is kept for 12-48 hours in the atmosphere containing 1-methylcyclopropen. After that the production is kept packed in gas-permeable polymer materials, at lower temperature. The method allows increasing the storage life of the farm products.
