Данное изобретение касается неасбестовой плиты, образованной гидравлическим листовым материалом, содержащим: от 1,0 до 2,0 мас. % волокна на основе поливинилового спирта, каждое из которых имеет округлость в поперечном сечении от 40 до 70 %, от общего содержания твердых веществ, и от 2,0 до 4,0 мас. % волокнистой массы эвкалипта, имеющую степень помола от 100 до 500 мл, от общего содержания твердых веществ. Неасбестовая плита, образованная гидравлическим листовым материалом, отличается тем, что имеет адгезионную прочность промежуточного слоя 2,0 Н/ммили более и степень изменения размеров 0,25 % или менее. Неасбестовая плита, образованная гидравлическим листовым материалом по данному изобретению, является особо полезным строительным материалом, является свободной от асбеста и в достаточной степени
