Abstract
Изобретение относится к приготовлению твердых гелей на основе сложных смесей гидросиликатов щелочных металлов. Способ приготовления твердого гидросиликатного геля включает измельчение пористого кремнеземного сырья, содержащего не менее 70 % по массе аморфного SiО, до получения кремнеземного песка, дозирование песка и воздушно-сухой гранулированной едкой щелочи, загрузку компонентов в реактор с включенным смесителем и их перемешивание, сопровождающееся саморазогревом с получением горячего вязкого полуфабриката, выгрузку горячего вязкого полуфабриката в контейнеры и выдерживание данного полуфабриката в контейнерах с постепенным природным охлаждением до температуры, близкой к температуре окружающей среды, с получением зрелого твердого гидросиликатно
