Изобретение относится к клапану (1) для дозирования жидкого или порошкообразного продукта, а также к устройствам и установке, которые этот клапан содержат, содержащему неподвижный канал (5) для подачи продукта; закрывающий элемент (13), установленный на нижнем конце (11) канала (5), и установленный снаружи канала (5) коаксиальный патрубок (15), имеющий нижний конец (19), выполненный в форме седла клапана, при этом упомянутый патрубок (15) является подвижным, перемещаясь относительно канала (5) между так называемым закрытым положением и так называемым открытым положением. Седло (19) клапана расположено на расстоянии от закрывающего элемента (13), что обеспечивает возможность протекания продукта.
