Устройство содержит трансформатор 1, тиристоры 2 и 3, регулирующие прямое и обратное напряжения, блоки управления 4 и 5 тиристорами, программный блок 6, переключатель 7 режимов. Входы блоков управления 4, 5 соединены с выходами программного блока 6, вход которого соединен с выходом переключателя 7. Выходы блоков управления 4, 5 соединены с тиристорами 2, 3, включенными встречно-параллельно в первичную обмотку трансформатора 1. Такое подсоединение деталей устройства позволяет повысить качество покрытия за счет обеспечения плавной без выбросов формы тока и расширить технологические возможности путем расширения гаммы цветов окраски.The invention relates to equipment for electrochemistry and can be used for painting aluminum and its alloys. The inputs of the control units 4, 5 are connected to the outputs of the program unit 6, the input of which is connected to the output of the switch 7. The outputs of the control units 4, 5 are connected to the thyristors 2, 3 connected in antiparallel to the primary winding of the transformer 1. Such connection of the device parts makes it possible to increase the quality of the coating by providing a smooth, emission-free current shape and expanding technological capabilities by expanding the range of colors for painting.
