Abstract
Пристрій для досліджень з використанням електрохемілюмінесценції, виконаний у вигляді електродного чипа, який містить як електроди щонайменше один анод і один катод, що розміщені на загальній основі в картриджі. Обидва анод і катод виконані з провідного матеріалу та (або) високодомішкового напівпровідника, при цьому катод покритий фінішним ізолюючим шаром, анод покритий фінішним провідним або ізолюючим шаром.
