Abstract

Способ изготовления одноразового подгузника типа трусиков, который имеет разделитель для предотвращения контакта опорожнений с кожей. Для образования разделителя (20а) основу, которая сгибается, слоя-перегородки (20) прикрепляют к внутренней поверхности переднего или заднего участка в паховой зоне (6) базовой конструкции подгузника, которая имеет паховую зону (6), передний участок талии (7) и задний участок талии (8). Основу, которая сгибается, получают путем сгибания слоя-перегородки (20) вдоль первой поперечной центральной линии, накладывая таким образом первую и вторую половины основы одна на другую, образуя слой-перегородку (20) и соединяя затем концевые края (21, 22) обеих половин основы на центральном участке в направлении ширины (X). В состоянии, когда первая поперечная центральная линия подведена ко второй поперечной центральной линии, которая делит пополам базовую конструкцию (10а) в продольном направлении, внутренние поверхности на переднем или заднем участке паховой зоны (6) являются наложенными одна на другую, внешнюю поверхность около противоположных боковых краев первой половины базовой конструкции и внутреннюю поверхность паховой зоны (6) соединяют, и участок между противоположными боковыми краями отходит от внутренней поверхности.
