Abstract
Изобретение относится к металлургии, а именно, к прецизионным сплавам на основе никель-титан с эффектом памяти формы, предназначенных для изделий медицинской техники. Сплав содержит, мас. %: титан - 44,00-45,45, кобальт - 0,15-0,25, тантал - 0,08-0,15, железо-0,06-0,15, кремний - 0,05-0,12, серебро - 0,03-0,10, иттрий - 0,01-0,02, никель - 54,00-55,38 (остальное). Технический результат: повышение величины стабильного реактивного напряжения ( EMBED Equation.3 ) в точке конца обратного мартенситного превращения (Ак) при одновременном максимальном снижении остаточной деформации ( EMBED Equation.3 ) в условиях знакопеременного динамического давления.
