Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способам и наборам реактивов для выявления, выделения и подсчета апоптических клеток, которые базируются на росте уровня экспрессии (-D-манозо- и/или (-D-галактозосодержащих гликопротеинов. Лектины, которые связывают (-D-манозо- и (-D-галактозосодержащие гликоконьюгаты, используются в способах и наборах для их агглютинации. Лектины можно применять для индукции агглютинации клеток, а апоптоз можно проявить по оценке концентрации лектина, необходимой для агглютинации популяции клеток и сравнения этой концентрации с предварительно установленными значениями концентраций для интактных клеток и клеток на разных стадиях после индукции апоптоза.
