Abstract
Гидропневматический аккумулятор для рекуперации гидравлической энергии в гидравлических системах с высоким уровнем пульсаций имеет корпус, где газовый порт и жидкостный порт соединены соответственно с газовым резервуаром и жидкостным резервуаром переменного объема, отделенными один от другого подвижным разделителем. Гибкий пористый наполнитель заполняет газовый резервуар. Наполнитель соединен с внутренними стенками газового резервуара с возможностью растяжения наполнителя при перемещении разделителя в сторону увеличения объема газового резервуара. Аккумулятор содержит средства защиты граничного слоя наполнителя от разрыва, выполненные с возможностью уменьшения локальных деформаций граничного слоя наполнителя в случае рывков разделителя. Это предотвращает развитие остаточных деформаций наполнителя во время многоцикловой рекуперации гидравлической энергии и его разрушение при неравномерном перемещении разделителя с сильными рывками.
