Спосіб виготовлення пінополімерного матеріалу за допомогою шестеренчастого насоса може бути використаний при виготовленні пінополімерних матеріалів, котрі можуть бути використані як теплоізолюючі елементи. Зокрема, винахід може бути використаний, при виготовленні карбамідоформальдегідних пінопластів. Застосування вказаного способу дозволить збільшити однорідність структури пінополімерного матеріалу і таким чином покращити його теплофізичні та механічні властивості.
