Wear resistant high-manganese steel contains, by weight. %: carbon – 0.65-0.90; manganese – 11.50-14.50; silicon – 0.30-0.60; vanadium – 0.05-0.12; chromium -0.30-1.30; aluminum – 0.01-0.04; calcium – 0.0008-0.0020, titanium – 0.02-0.08; nickel - no more than 1.00; phosphorus - not more than 0.07; sulfur - not more than 0.02; iron – is the rest. The ratio between manganese, chromium and carbon is found according to the following ratio:. The invention provides the producing of stable and optimal properties required for the parts operating under the conditions of shock-abrasive wear.
