Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу скрининга популяции растений на предмет наличия в ней растений, проявляющих пониженную чувствительность к этилену и физиологическим расстройствам, в частности, ржавчине и пожелтению, сравнительно с контрольным растением, в котором популяцию семян проращивают в темноте в присутствии этилена с получением рассады, которую, если она имеет гипокотили более длинные, чем гипокотили исходного этилен-чувствительного контроля в атмосфере этилена, отбирают как растения, проявляющие пониженную чувствительность к действию этилена и физиологическим расстройствам, в частности, ржавчине и пожелтению. Изобретение также относится к растениям, отобранным таким образом.
