Abstract
Способ определения микотоксинов, которые выбирают из группы, включающей токсины рода Fusarium, охратоксины и афлатоксины, который включает такие стадии: a) изготовление тонкослойного волновода, который содержит первый оптически прозрачный волноводный слой (а) на втором оптически прозрачном слое (b), причем (b) имеет более низкий коэффициент преломления, чем (а), на котором пространственно отдельно иммобилизованы специфические и/или афинные партнеры связывания как химический или биохимический элемент распознавания микотоксинов, и/или партнер связывания, b) нанесение образца, который содержит микотоксин(ы), и партнеров связывания на тонкослойный волновод с иммобилизованными партнерами связывания, c) детектирование сиг�
