Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к швартовочным, якорным, грузовым и т.п. цепям. Цепь состоит из звеньев, по меньшей мере часть из которых являются замкнутыми петлями, которые обеспечивают увеличение площади контакта между звеньями. Звенья выполнены из волокон полиэтилена со сверхвысокой молекулярной массой. Способ увеличения прочности цепи предусматривает предварительное растяжение при температуре ниже температуры плавления, и/или статическую нагрузку 20 %-й частью разрушающей нагрузки на протяжении времени, когда остаточная деформация достигает 2-20 %, и/или циклическую нагрузку от 2 до 25 раз с величиной не больше 45 % разрушающей нагрузки. Изобретения способствуют увеличению прочности, упругости, легкости и сопротивления внешним факторам цепи.
