Abstract
Изобретение относится к растению подсолнечника, имеющего гебрицидостойкие характеристики линии MUT9, причем образец семян указанной линии депонирован под ATCC патентным депозитарным номером PTA-6325, причем указанное растение подсолнечника содержит в своем геноме как минимум одну копию как минимум одного полинуклеотида большой субъединицы 1 синтазы ацетогидроксикислот (AHASL1), где полинуклеотид AHASL1 кодирует толерантный к гербициду белок AHASL1, имеющий замену изолейцина в положении 188 или в эквивалентом положении, и где замена приводит к повышению толерантности растений подсолнечника к имидазолиноновому гербициду по сравнению с растением подсолнечника дикого типа. Изобретение также относится к кассетам экспрессии и трансформирующему вектору, которые включают полинуклеотид с указанной мутацией, и растения и клетки, трансформированные указанными полинуклеотидами. Изобретение также относится к применению полинуклеотидов для усиления стойкости растений к имидазолиноновым гербицидам.
