Abstract
Описываются способы для динамического изменения покрытия в системе связи с множеством несущих. Сектор может работать на множестве несущих. Данный сектор может изменять покрытия на заданной несущей k на основе ее нагрузки, так что по отношению к другим секторам может создаваться меньше помех в ситуации, когда нагрузка сектора небольшая. В одной конфигурации сектор может осуществлять связь на первой несущей при первом уровне мощности передачи и на второй несущей при втором уровне мощности передачи, который является равным или более низким, чем первый уровень мощности передачи.
