Referring to Figs. 1 to 3 and 5 to 8, the container in this instance is indicated with a 85 wall composed ofthree sections 20, 21 and 22, the inner edges of which overlap each other and are connected together by an adhesive. The outer end of the section is indicated at 23 and the outer end of the section 22 is indicated at-24. The sections may be made of paper or other suitable materials. The section 20 may constitute the inner lining of the finished container and may consist of paraflin paper or tin foil, the next section 21 may be ordinary paper of substantial thickness and the outer section '22 may consist of thin paper, with legends indicated thereon setting forth the contents of the container, the name of the party selling the container with its product 5 and the like.

' Referringto Fig. 9 the container is shown wlth sections similar to the one described and differs therefrom in being rectangular in cross section having the top wall 40, bottom wall 41 and side walls 42. Rectangular cup* shaped partitions having the fiat portions 45 and the tapered walls 46 are in the container and at its ends as'already described.

In Fig. 10 a container is shown-similar to the one indicated in Fig. 9 with the exception that the partitions are only connected to the ends of the tube. In this instance the walls of the container are indicated at 50, 51, 52 and 53. One of the end portions'is adapted to be severed from the container and is indi-- cated with the flat portion 45. The walls of the container are crimped over the walls of the partitions, and a cutting string 54 similar to the strings 25 is provided to detach the partition.

'It will'be noted that the sections 20, 21 and 22 already described are not all of the same length. The section 21 is somewhat longer than 20 and the section 22 is somewhat longer than the section 21, This is nry as the walls of the container increase in diameter when its sections are rolled on each other.

In Fig. 4 the section 21ais much longer than the other sections to enable the middle 5 wall of the container to consist of more than one winding. In this case. the section 22 is a little longer than section 20.

Various modifications may be made in the invention and the present exemplification is to be taken as illustrative and-1imitative thereof. Having described my invention what I desire to secure by Letters Patent and claim is: In a. container the combination of a plurality of sections the adjacentedges of said sections overlap mg and connected to each other, the sections :ibrming a tube, the edges of one section" breaking joints with the edges of the section adjacent thereto, partitions inserted in 1 said tube andat its ends to form compartments therein and severing'strings connected 7 to the inner faces of said sections and extending to the outer face of said tube.
