However, if a control perforation is present in the "X" position of the card as in Fig. 1, relay 25 is energized, contacts 26, 27 and 28 open and contacts 29, 30 and 31 close whereupon the data on the card in field B will be entered into banks 13' and C and that in field N will be entered into bank N through the plug connections as shown.
