  • An abdominal exerciser comprising a flexible, elastic frame of predetermined length and adapted to be attached to the body of the user, said frame being curved so as to leave a space between the outer and the inner part of said frame, a bell within the outer side of said frame, a flexible clapper on the inner part of said frame, said clapper and said inner part of said frame being directly actuated by the movements of the diaphragm of the user and a guiding spring within the outer part of said frame for the alternate retention and release of said clapper.
