Toothed wheel 24 meshes with a toothed wheel 27 carried by a hub 28 which is freely rotatable on a shaft 29 mounted between the side walls 2 and 3.

Toothed wheel 38 is positioned for engagement by tooth members 41 of the drum arrangement 33.
