- the upper shuttle holder part 1 is provided with three cams 9 on which driver pins 8 made of plastic, preferably a polyamide, are mounted. These driver pins 8 are so constructed that they support and hold in their working position two shuttles 13 disposed in tandem.
- resiliently mounted tongue 11 or catch is present underneath the upwardly projecting handle 10, the said tongue or catch 11 being held yieldingly by a leaf spring 12 and lying against a shoulder 17 of the upper part 1.

- the dovetail guide 13 extends approximately over the entire length of the upper and lower shuttle holder parts 1 and 2, and at least over the span between the driver arms 3 and 4 so that a good, play-free guidance is produced.
- the driver pins 8 are set tightly and firmly on cam 9 by means of screws 16, so that they cannot shift in operation. Any slight corrections of position for the shuttles are performed by means of the screws 6, since the hole in the driver arms 3 and 4 is somewhat larger than the outside diameter of the thread.

- a shuttle holder as defined in claim 1 in which a plurality of longitudinally spaced driver pins are provided on said upper holder member for holding at least two shuttles.
